✨ Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes or no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients, so please review the following: • 24-Hour Notice – Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Late Cancellations – If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the service will be charged. • No-Shows – If you don’t show up without notice, the full service amount will be charged. • Late Arrivals – If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation. • Deposits – A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking; this will go toward your service if you arrive as scheduled.
